- Bookings will be confirmed
with a £50.00 deposit, and the remaining balance is paid on the wedding/event date.
- Please note that each quote is individual and you may not recieve the price stated on the website.
- Cancellation will result in
loss of the deposit.
- After each hour the players
will require a short drink/toilet break.
- The musicians reserve the
right not to play in unsuitable and unfit places. In outside performances
the musicians won’t be able to play in rain or direct sunlight. Therefore
the musicians will need to be provided with shade and have cover from rain
in these circumstances.
- The quote for the string
quartet or duo may change until the booking has been confirmed with the
deposit.
- Because of the nature of live
music the musicians may need time to tune their instruments, change strings
and find their next piece of music, which may result in short breaks between
pieces during the performance.
- The quote for the string
quartet or violin duo may incur travelling expenses at the time of the
booking.
- If musicians are ill on the
day of the wedding/event, deputies will be called in. If this fails the
string quartet would become a violin duo and the violin duo would become a
violin solo. However in these extreme situations you would receive half of
the quote refunded.
- In unforeseen circumstances
the string quartet or duo reserve the right to cancel one month before the
wedding or event and a full refund of the deposit will be given.
- On the day of the wedding or
event the string quartet will require four chairs without arms.
- We do not take bookings from agencies, or anyone who is not the client. If we discover the booking has been taken through agencies we reserve the right to cancel with immediate effect and the loss of the deposit.
- The musicians will only be able to play at the venue for the time stated on the wedding booking form and the length of time agreed is not just performing time.
- If you wish extra performing time the fee will be agreed on the day by the musicians.
- Please note that the players on the day may not be the ones pictured on the website, but will be of equal skill.
